E-commerce Product Photography Volunteer

• Previous experience working within a photography studio shooting product, fashion, or lifestyle images.
• A keen interest in fashion retail.
• A solid knowledge on how to operate a professional DSLR or one of our Smart phones to produce high quality pictures.  
  Aptitude to work with both flat lay displays and mannequin presentations.
  Innovative with lighting and shooting techniques to deliver very best quality imagery. 
• Attention to detail with a keen eye for strong visual aesthetic.
• Ability to work collaboratively with others.
  Stamina to stand for long periods of time.
• Good timekeeping and attendance.
• Understanding of confidentiality and boundaries in a professional environment.
• A commitment to comply with Crisis policies, including health and safety, data protection and code of conduct.
• Minimum age of 18 years.

• Photographing high volumes of quality preloved clothing and accessories for our online store and marketplaces in a styled flat lay format. 
• Working collaboratively with the product stylist to establish high quality ecommerce imagery and bring the products to life.
• Follow a Workflow of checking off the completed stage on our Inventory sheets and highlighting any further condition issues missed at an earlier stage of product processing.
• Preparing sets – by setting up lighting and equipment, exposure, and colour correction for each product.
• Ensuring lighting and focus is appropriate for the product being photographed with suitable adjustments made to ensure best results.
• Adhering to photography guidelines to ensure product is shot consistently across all categories and functions. 
• Quality control of imagery – including colour matching and lighting adjustment in accordance with fabric for consistent colour accuracy. As well as highlighting any condition issues through detailed imagery. 
• Quality Assurance of post-production imagery – Making final image selects with the stylist and renaming images to match inventory before uploading to our internal shared workspace. 
• Occasional support with producing content for our social media channels and supporting our lifestyle shoots.

• Travel and lunch expenses are reimbursed where appropriate
